Jordan! You will probably never read this, but I want to tell you that by purchasing the team I think that you have helped to heal an old wound. That is when the Hornets left us. This city invested so much love and fervor into the Hornets, that when they left it sucked the heart right out of Charlotte’s pro basketball community. The loss of the Hornets left a void. That void has existed since they left and still does today to some degree. This city has been hesitant to support the Bobcats as they did the Hornets because of the uncertainty of the team’s future. Now that ownership has solidified and the team is on the rise, do not be surprised if the city of Charlotte begins to feel that wonderful spark we once enjoyed! Thanks Michael….Thank you for helping keep this incredible team in Charlotte. Go Bobcats!
All the best to Michael!! From a Bobcats fan in Alabama!!
Im the new biggest bob cats fan because of you Mike and S. Jackson!
Shocking loss to Dallas tonight boys, lets turn this around!
thanks micheal i agree with mathew we took a bigg hit when they left the whole state of north carolina thank you for steppin up!
ALL the Best Micheal as an Owner. May you have all the success that you had as a player.
Regards
A Life Time Knick fan
Mr. Michael J. Jordan- This is one of several Great achievement and Moments in your LIFE, we thank you for what you have brought to the court of the NBA as MJ #23- your legacy has begun to take form. Now where much is given- MUCH is required. Someone once said- Its not what one knows- but rather what one surrounds oneselve with… be careful in selecting your cabinet- it will determine your success or failure. Seek and you will find- knock and the door will be open FAITH-LOVE-PEACE- Faith in yourself, belief that all things are possible and Peace will come.
We thank you Again Sir.
Good luck MJ! Great to see he won the job in the end. Will be interesting to see if the Bobcats get a name change?
All the best from us Jordan fans in Australia!!
Thanks Mr. Jordan,
From a true Charlotte Hornet fan/ Charlotte pro sports fanatic…I come from the school of Zo, Rex, Grandmama, and Lil’ Muggsy…I just need my team in Charlotte …We had the team that forever will be remembered for retiring McHale, Parish , and The Great Larry Bird. One thing needs to change …the NAME…I think that Charlotte should change from a city driven market to a region driven market and change the mascot for pete sake….I like The Carolina Flight or the Carolina Piranha
I always been MJ fan… and i will always support Michael Jordan. I believed, he can transform Bobcats to a championship caliber team. GO MJ! GO Bobcats!
A good name change for the Bobcats should be the Jordannaires as Elvis is back but never truly left the building. Michael Jordan might be the first player/owner in the NBA, if only to suit up and sit on the bench. What a drawing card, and never say never.
I agree with Lee Dean. I would love to see Jordan back on the court!
The greatest player to ever play the game becomes the owner of a team in a State where his Basketball prowess was first introduced to us. AMAZING GRACE HOW SWEET……..We love you Michael. You are the best. And the Bobcats or what ever name you may change it to, will soon be an elite team in the NBA. I believe in you.
From Spain, congratulations Charlotte and congratulations Michael. I hope the best for both. VIVA ESPAÑA.
bobcats go for the championship……………..we luv MJ for his greatest games in NBA.
to MJ congratulations! Hope you will bring more courage and big impact to your player… am a big fan of yours ever since i was little boy…. and am asking my self if i can see you personally but i think its just another dream that impossible to come true….. for the bobcats… i am also a fan eversince Gerald Wallace and Emeka Okafor came in and join the team… i saw the ups and downs of the team but still i cheer for you guys, i became a big fan of the team when i heard MJ is taking over the operation of the team… i said wow the team will grow sooner than everyone is expecting… although there are trades i am against specially when trade okafor but still i stick with the team and have faith the team will grow…. suddenly here it goes… wow the team is going great and we have the chance to be in the play offs i bet bobcats will cause headaches with other popular teams like the magic celtics and cavs… i say we can aim for the championship and win it all!!! well i admit the changes made was a job well done… bringing chandler, thomas, and capt jack aboard is a great move…it gave the team more power on the court, atleast wallace now can play on the 2 and 3 spots cause that’s where he belong… great move coach brown…. am looking forward for these team to be champ soon! mabuhay bobcats!

I have a feeling this is going to be a tremendous ride…starting in a couple of weeks when the Bobcats finally make the playoffs…from then, I see great things happening. Indeed. The vibe is renewed, everything seems fresh and the support growing like a tidal wave in the pacific.
In fact to plug into and bring back some of the old vibe I’ll put a new take on the old team name into the hat for consideration – the Charlotte Sting
Best of luck MJ
We love you, MJ!!! The best to ever have played the game will now own the BOBCATS,a team that will in the future hold the best records in the NBA! WOW!! Please change the name to the CHARLOTTE COUGARS, since this was once a CAT state, and we have the PANTHERS.
Congratulations Michael!
You mean a basketball to me forever and ever. Good luck with your team.

Hello:
I´m a mexican fan of the team. I´m sure that we´ll beat to magic. We´ll be the champions.
Really thanks Michael!! u r a really big peace of this team and bob johnson too thanks.. hopefully u keep this and these same players also keep Larry Brown hes doing a great job espically taking them to the playoffs….. Started to be a Charlotte fan last year because of Gerald “Crash” Wallace..huge fan of his and Captin Jack..love these guys and these players get them next year.
Wow im shock MJ is the owner of the Bobcats. Like 2 or 3 years ago, i was listening to the radio about MJ being Head Coach Bobcats, that will be great for the Bobcats they need a leader get them up on their feet and fight thru to the champingship, he will bring Bobcats up showing them better moves and everyone will talk about Bobcats like the other popular team. I dont think it would of be true but now his the owner thats totally different and surprise to good to be true that his with the Bobcats and the owner. Lets hope he’ll make a BIG GREAT change.
Everyone says MJ is the best player to play the game. I believe is Koby could play with the Jordon rules, MJ would not have a chance against him. And MJ knows it!
