    Congragulations Micheal You made it you will be a good role model for the new players great job

    Micael so glad that you are majority owner now. A great place to start would be to get rid of the old Hornets organ music during the games, and liven things up with a more contemporary sound.

    Also, get a new play-by-play announcer for the Televised Games. Steve Martin just reads a stat sheet. I could do that.

    I am an initial Bobcats season ticket holder, as well as an initial season ticket holder and throught the of the Hornets here. I strongly believe that having an NBA team here is an asset that Charlotte and the surrounding area has yet to recognize, and properly support.

    I look forward to Mr. Jordan’s ownership, and trust that he has learned over these years what works in Charlotte, what fans want, and what the entire community wants to see in the way of Bobcats committment to us, so that we in turn can be proud and supportive of the team. I know of a lot of the good work the team members do in and for the community, but unfortunately this does not reach the general public.

    I look forward to renewing my tickets for the coming season, as well as for the p layoffs.

    Welcome Mr. Jordan.

    Hello Michael,

    Congradulations I know Charllotte will respect your increased investment in the team and support them more and more. If you do plan to build or buy a home here I would love to show you my work. It would be good publicity to show the community you are one of them right?

    I just finished John Mcconnell’s personal home in Raleigh you should see..No obligation of course.

    CONTRATULATIONS Mike. I’ve been a big fan of yours since the Tar Heel days. Even though i am from Bmore and born and raised a Terp. You are still my favorite B-Ball player. Continue to shock the world.

    Come on, he knows how to dribble, and dunk. etc… he knows the ins and outs of the game…
    He doesn’t know anything about running a business. He will loose an incredible amount of money and bury this team.
    Jordan has always been managed. He doesn’t KNOW HOW TO MANAGE.

    The Jordan Brand is a multi-BILLION dollar business, and represents a huge chunk of Nike annual revenues. Over the years, Michael (in addition to Fred) has been very hands on with the business aspect of his company. So to this guy above me saying that he knows absolutely NOTHING about business, he needs to lighten up.

    In addition to that, he’s been getting his bumps and bruises but also learning the NBA team management business. Yes, it was bad in Washington, but we all must start somewhere. Now that he’s been around the Bobcats for three years, I think it’s great that he is taking this step on faith and going for it. Best of luck to Michael and the Charlotte Bobcats!

    @What Does Jordan Know?

    You have to be from planet NOWHERE to say Mike doesn’t know how to run a business! He’s been running the NBA since he entered the league. Name one player who is more of a household name than Michael Jordan. You can’t. All great players who came after Mike has pulled from his game.

    You’re right he’s not a typical business man, he is a BUSINESSMAN!

    Get your facts straight hater!
