Gerald Henderson’s first Rookie Diary

October 2, 2009 by Matt Rochinski

Last season, D.J. Augustin checked in with fans periodically during his video Rookie Diary. The torch has been passed in 2009-10, as Gerald Henderson picks up where Augustin left off. I checked in with Augustin and Henderson at Media Day on September 28, 2009 and followed up with Henderson on October 1, 2009 to compile the first installment of this season’s Rookie Diary.

Ha ha I love it! Lookout… I have this funny feeling this guy is going to be a lot better than a lot pf people are predicting. Now we have a third player to play above the rim along with Wallace and Big Tyson. This will be our best, most entertaining season yet.
    GO CATS!!!

Well…new guy always has fresh feeling about this league.
I also would like to see if he could still be there at the end of this season…
Larry always don’t like rookie who couldn’s do great defense…

Its the clown UNC players we draft and sign that hurt the Bobcats Pat, not anyone else…. Gerald is a solid draft pick. He can play D, is very athletic has had and continues to have good coaching so the offensive will come around. Clowns like Pat got no clue what he’s talking about. I’m sure he’d rather have Jackie Manuel
